They want to identify as the opposite sex. They want to identify as a younger or older person than their actual age. Some even want to identify as animals. Now, there's a growing number of brainwashed leftists who are identifying as handicapped. You can't make this up.
According to Fox News [emphasis added]:
A troubling societal issue called "transableism" is attracting attention these days. Transableism is a newer term for BIID, or "Body Integrity Identity Disorder," in which a person actually "identifies" as handicapped.
BIID has been relabeled to transableism to align with today's trans community, according to some.
The point of "changing the identifier" from a psychiatric condition (BIID) to an advocacy term (transableism) is to "harness the stunning cultural power of gender ideology" to the cause of allowing doctors to "treat" BIID patients by "amputating healthy limbs, snipping spinal cords or destroying eyesight," according to Evolution News and Science Today (EN), which reports on and analyzes evolution, neuroscience, bioethics, intelligent design and other science-related issues.
Culturally, transableism is "the next abyss," that site also notes. Why? Because "some of these persons mutilate themselves; others ask surgeons for an amputation or for the transection of their spinal cord," that site adds of the shocking steps some are taking.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) notes on its website, "Those with BIID desire the amputation of one or more healthy limbs or desire a paralysis."
Is it a mental illness? Clearly. Is it demonic possession? Possibly. It's not like these people have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder or Tourette's Syndrome. They're just doing what the demon-possessed and/or trans-supremacy crowd do willingly: Denying God's creation by acting against it.
We're living in a clown world, but you probably already knew that.
I do recall, and I say recall because I have not owned or watched a television in more years than I can remember, anyway, I recall that television programing used to include approved messages to the population by the federal government. I believe they were/possibly still are, called a "Public Service Announcement." This particular article prompted my memory to recall one that I believe went, "A mind, a terrible thing to waste." We have now arrived at a tarnished pot-metal age where all minds are being educated at all levels of the educational system to put the "mind" on hold, "don't think, merely accept," "open your minds to ONLY our indoctrination, our theories, our jargon, our beliefs, our methods and our truths in both the physical and spiritual realm (Of course, there are many more.)." Our universities spew out graduates who are nothing more than automatons, zombies, the uniformly & unified ignorant who cannot discern truth from lies. This way of thinking has been destroyed and replaced with "Accept" and "Reject," and we your instructors, former graduates of this system of "unenlightened learning" will instill in your unused minds the thoughts that are acceptable to think and believe in this judgmental and intolerant world. Can you "Goosestep?" No, then you are to be replaced with one who can, and we are sure that Herr Schwabe would agree." So, one insanity begets another insanity which begets another, ad nauseum, and it is now accepted that for the masses all minds are a good thing to waste. I am no longer surprised when a new insane aberration appears on the horizon. In a degenerate devolving world that rejects original thinking it seems just as natural that our nation be governed by the immoral mentally feeble head of a crime family who receives his orders from a former president who believes it acceptable to hold an illegal third term in office . . . all things seem possible in an insane world. I could go on but since I am beginning to bore myself, I will spare any reader who has followed this far further punishment. May God our Eternal Father either deliver us or simply end this madness.
