My dad was a victim of the PCR test followed by propopfol, fentanyl and remdesivir. I have until 7-Jan-2023 to file a lawsuit in Maricopa County Arizona. Is there anyone that can help me with this. I have a standard form but parts of it are confusing.

My husband was murdered with Remdesivir, ventilator and high oxygen 9/18/21. It took them 18 days to murderer him. I asked that they not give him Remdesivir but I wanted them to give the ivermectin and hydrocloquine. They said it was not protocol.
I requested his medical records and had to get an attorney to literally threaten them with a law suit if they did not give them to me.
We were married 51 years.
Is there any way I can get in a class action law suit?
The doctors were not even from my state.
My husband never had pneumonia but they put that on all the contraptions to kill him. He was unvaccinated.
This happened to my Parent's back in December of 2021. They died ten days apart. They were both unvaccinated and ridiculed by hospital staff continuously because of it. They were starved, both refused Remdesivir but it was administered to them anyway, and mom vented then eventually my Dad after not following up on a heart Cath, did not receive the medication to increase his heart function. I am a nurse of 22yrs and witnessed the neglect and horrific protocols and treatment first hand. This happened in Anniston, Alabama at RMC. Also I would like to speak on how my Parent's got infected because it is not talked about or when it is, it's shut down. My Mom's brother who is doubled vaccinated and that was his third time having COVID since being vaccinated, randomly showed up on their doorstep one day, hadn't been there in almost 30 yrs, and that's how they got infected. They went twonyes in public, no masks and did fine. Death was brought to their home. Prior to my Parent's getting sick I got COVID Pneumonia from a friend that came to my house that was double vaccinated. It took me 56 days to recover. The vaccinated are the superspreaders and they shed off a more violent version of COVID and don't let anyone make you think different. Stay away from the vaccinated!

People need to grow the cojones to say no and walk out or walk their people out. Most of the stories I heard were people that were scared but still very mobile and could have left. You get the treatment (and government) you deserve, and willful ignorance has consequences.
Doctors and hospital administrators are murderers
They also wouldn't treat a patient early. The hospitals sent them home and told them to wait. When they got sicker they were almost too sick to treat.
If someone had early pneumonia you treat early, because if you get worse you can die. It's common sense.

I'm unclear on what's gained by having a "substack". Seems like things were OK before, and worked fine with only a "main" stack. Don't overthink it.
