Sadly, the Siskiyou County Council forgot to ask Sacramento for an emergency supply of candles to use after the dams are removed and brown-outs begin regularly. Surely, the forward-thinking (sarc) fools in Sacramento understand that solar and wind does not produce electricity at night, iow, half the time.
