Kanye's tweets didn't incite violence or cause a death, that we know of. Of course the premise is, his comments have the potential to do so, causing harm and deaths.

I think the only reason Elon cares is because of the threat of investigation from the Biden administration and the European Union. So in order to satisfy them, he suspended Ye.
