Could this be a judge with a bit of backbone and judicial ethics? Or did the judge just not get the memo with the SOP (standard operational procedure)? The case is another stinking example of trample the Constitution, ignore the separation of powers, and the people be damned. A classic example of the demonrat commandment-- Do what I say, not what I do.

I’d love to be a juror on any trial where the defendant is a treasonous bureaucrat. My memory of their crimes will be enough evidence for me to impose a vote of guilty, and I have not even heard the case yet…. It’s KARMA come a calling… And for the ones who have imposed ridiculously high sentences and fines??? Damn Gina, this gonna hurt.

Yes, it is me, Boss.

Now that judge's opinion is like a glass of iced sweet tea on a hot Southern afternoon. Could this be an indication of rebellion from the Left, or has the corruption and insanity just gotten too far off the chart to tolerate. Maybe it's just that someone finally dredged up enough guts to have an independent opinion. Whatever it is, I agree with the judge and am greatly saddened by the incarceration of Mr. Navaro, when it is the DOJ attorneys who should be in the lockup.
