I have watch and worked for the last governor, planned and designed homeless shelters and a behavioral health secured 16 bed home. Nothing has happened and alot of money was given to help solve this problem. I agree with Kari Lake and her solution is more fully rounded to help this issue. Too many bleeding heart and red tape got us in a horrible place with nothing to show!

This time Kari is wrong, and i like her. The notion that most homeless people are drug addicts is a political lie. Most homeless people are victims of a very sick society and more Americans of all political and economic groups are personally finding this out. If we clean out the political class first, the street problem will improve.

In Portland, over 80% of the homeless are drug abusers, mostly on Meth. Kari is right: these people need treatment not needle exchanges and “safe injection sites!”
