I look at distance of eyes, cheek bones, skull shape, ears (distance from head), chin...in otherworldly bone structure! I would guess it's either an altered picture (no matter when taken) or a relative. IMO (purely non professional) it's not "really" him.
That is not the same person! Your head and eye brows shape cannot change that much, regardless of what kind of illness you might have! Makes me wonder if Biden is a fake as well!
