Bad move.

Guess Epps never heard of discovery.

Discovery is our friend.

Who knows, it could lead to Pelosi's management of the whole setup.

I bet that Epps might meet an "untimely" demise if he goes ahead with his lawsuit.

...to protect Nancy the drunk...

Yes.

Go for it, Mr. Epps.

One thing leads to another.

For these thugs, it could be a day they really, really live to regret.

Once her really small little night light goes on, i bet Pelosi starts sweating profusely and will go for a few more glasses of gin.

If he’s not a fed, then he’s probably some kind of paid stooge that was working for them. He has it backwards, people speculating about him being a paid instigator or a fed, are just using their freedom of speech to state the obvious, he must now prove that he not what they’re saying, which I’m guessing, betting, he can’t do.

It is obvious Epps was a Fed , or contracted to the Feds. Working with ANY branch of the US Government is considered to be a "Fed".

He is working for the feds. He’s works (or worked) for the border patrol in AZ. He was wanted by the FBI for a couple of days before they realized they made a mistake as they had no need to arrest their man on the inside. Tucker is well within his rights as a journalist to question everything that happened on January 6. That they won’t let him talk about it is enough proof that the place was crawling with feds, including Mr. Epps. In a functional democracy where the right to seek redress for the government “shall not be infringed” as written in the first amendment, the feds would be there to keep the order and allow the protest. Instead they inflamed it with the intention of arresting people to deter others from claiming the election was stolen, which it in fact was. If it wasn’t stolen, the people would have been able to protest without this “fedsurrection”.

I think the Dominion lawsuit travesty with no appeal, opened the door for this one. If his suit runs through the same type of court, expect the same outcome. It's all in your face now and I think the Deep State will continue to poke until someone takes the bait.

Yes!

Maybe, that is the plan...to have Epps fall on his sword to protect Pelosi, Biden, etc.
