Serial Lawsuit-Filing Transvestite Sues Yoga Studio for Booting Him From Women's Locker Room
Crazy, opportunistic, or both?
In what could be a monumental travesty if successful, a man is suing a New York City yoga studio for not letting him use the women's locker room.
Dylan "Ali" Miles has filed his third discrimination lawsuit in 13 months, this time against Chelsea Hot Yoga on West 27th Street. But he may have challenges making his case because eyewitnesses claim Miles was acting erratically, as if intentionally trying to cause a disturbance to try to get "discriminated" against.
According to NY Post:
“We have other transgender people [at Chelsea Hot Yoga], we have several trans women and several trans men, and there’s never been a problem. … it’s this individual,” the witness told The Post.
“This person who claims to be a transitioning woman came into the female locker room, number one, in male shorts that were down to his knees. Although there could be some hormonal addition because his bust is bigger than mine, he did not wear any feminine top to cover his bust,” the witness noted. “He also de-robed, and he is a full male. There’s 150% man. There were things hanging out.”
“It wasn’t even like he was just standing there,” the witness added. “He was crouched down on the floor in front of the shower stalls. It was very uncomfortable for one of the women that was in there and she was completely naked.
“This person started in immediately with reciting the law, and why would you do that? Because this person could see that there were other women, amongst myself, that were notably upset …This person, I don’t know if they come to these places to try to start a problem or whatever.”
These certainly seem like the actions of someone who is either stirring up controversy so he can file another lawsuit or is very much mentally ill. It could be both. It's probably both.
They have a playbook. Jack the cake maker faced this tactic...find a soft target, fabricate a "human rights" offense and then do all you can to publicly and legally hype the issue.
5 years ago this guy would have been at the very least escorted out of the business by the cops, with the threat of indecent exposure. 10 - 15 years ago this would have been considered a sexual assault of the women he exposed himself to in the locker room.
This is incrementalism, at work folks.
One strep at a time, one societal norm trampled after another, one push of the Overton window at a time, until you arrive here.
They're just getting started.
Sounds like bear spray is needed.
