President Trump was PRESIDENT while Mr. Brandon was Vice President when they had anything to do with an alleged removal of classified documents from the WH. The law applies only to the Vice President, which has no right to remove classified documents, while the same law excludes the President from any consequences, as the President can lawfully remove classified documents from the WH and he also can legally declassify the same docs. The Vice President cannot.
Possibly, the 'bad timing' of this stuff was actually further evidence of the incompetency of his staff, that is, Valerie Jarrett, etc. Further, it shows how foolish it is to put too much belief in 'credentials'. No doubt, the inner staff have plenty. But, they lack a certain intelligence to make good decisions.
Consider, taking Biden to the Vatican that first summer knowing he was having issues. It blew up in their faces, in a manner of speaking ;-), then if we consider the really BIG one, the pull-out of Afghanistan, despite all their excellent 'credentials' from the Ivy League snobs, that was a record breaking confluence of idiocracy and ineptness. Milley's Ivy League degree was not much help with that planning. We live under a tyranny of snobbish credentials worn by wise fools.

If Biden is not indicted due to his mental impediment, as l have read, that must surely apply to his inability to be president of the USA as well.
