The hierarchy then kicked him upstairs in 2020 because it didn't have anyone better to run against Donald Trump, and besides, the fix was in on the election steal, so it really didn't matter.
Since then, he has been publicly exhibiting his incompetence about weekly, but now the hierarchy is stuck with him going into the midterm elections. They can't kick him upstairs anymore; they can't push him to the side in a lateral move; and they can't demote him. Having Kamala Harris pull a Twenty-Fifth Amendment coup on Joe this close to the election would mean chaos and political suicide, so all the hierarchy can do now is openly contradict him and send him back to Delaware for more vacation.
I leave town for 3 days and come back to this nightmare. Impeach the entire administration yesterday and find some GOP with balls to start the Trials.
