Back in the day, 20-25 years ago, when SMS texting was barely conceived and rough around both the edges and innards, we had messageboards,lots of them, all different kinds, where people actually carried on one on one and group conversations. Of course, that was an era or two before the world lost the ability to critically think, unlike today where if you disagree with someone you either fly off the handle in the approved DNC Demagogue Party fashion with emtotional laden hate spewing nasty word invectives and an inordinate flood of shameful memes. People today don’t know how, don’t want to, don’t care to have a serious ongoing discussion. They’d rather demonstrate to the world how full to overflowing their hatefilled heart is. Why should anyone, Trump included, want to partake of that sort of invective evil?
I much prefer Trump to stay off of Twitter. Let the revelations of media collusion & other evidence lead the Twitter trends! It's just like the unattributed quote says (that I might well misquote): "Don't stand in the way when your enemy is shooting himself in the foot!"
Trump stated that he has some sort of contract or agreement of some sort that prevents him from using other social networks the same as he uses Truth social. He might WANT to tweet, but can't.
And I'm on truth social, I do not think it's better. The people might be, but not the interface, the display, or the stupid click bait ads that are between posts. Those ads inject malware into your machine. I have experience with that already. I don't know why he allowed scammers to advertise on TS. Can't be that he's desperate for money to keep TS self sufficient and the only people willing to advertise on TS are scumbag scammers...

I just got reinstated on twitter after 2 years.

truth social ain't supposed to be twitter. its better, and it will get better with more users and better views.
